Casa Giorgione Museum
The Giorgione house museum opened in May 2009, in concomitance with the celebrations for the V centenary of Giorgione's death.
The museum celebrate the extraordinary value of the artist. Giorgione's house is an inimitable place imbued with mistery and surprise. Thanks to the collaboration of Treviso province administration and the extraordinary efforts of the Veneto region government, you could now admire the works belong to the civic collection or bought on the international antiquary market and more than 100 objects belonged to the artist.
That museum is the most significant place of the cultural heritage of Castelfranco Veneto. The museum had over 13.000 guests during the exhibition in 2009-10.
