What do room prices include?
Room rates include: parking and garage, bicycle rental, still and sparkling water (0.5 l) in the minibar, Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the building, taxes (excluding the municipal tourist tax if applicable) and service charge.

What time can I arrive at the hotel? What time must I vacate my room on the day of departure?
Rooms are available for occupancy starting at 2:00 PM on the date of arrival. Please vacate your room by 12:00 PM on your departure date. For any special needs, please contact our staff in advance, who will be happy to assist you.

Unless expressly excluded, an American buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and features savory and sweet items, as well as typical local products.

The American buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 in the morning.
What are the restaurant's opening hours?
The “Il Concerto” restaurant is open for lunch from 12:30 to 2:30 pm and for dinner from 7:00 to 10:30 pm, with a wide selection from the à la carte menu and wine list.

Gluten-free or organic products are available for special dietary needs. Athlete’s menus are available upon request.
